  • What shoud the stock whp be with these engines?

    specifically a 90 Celica fwd

  • I have a Toyota AE111 GT year 97.

I need a six transmission gearbox (manual) for a 4AGE Blacktop engine 20valve.

    email me: maagd7@intnet.mu

  • yah forgot..running on RON97 octane

  • how bout the 20v running on 264 cam?

usually how many hp on wheels?

mine just dyno last week..svt engine, stock engine base, head port n polish,BT wiring, open throttle n running on emanage..oh btw im using BT cam only...and its produce 147.51 hp on wheel..izzit high already for svt? dyno by dynojet

  • I cant remember the details of the cam in this engine ... it was a long time ago now. This engine blew up about 2 years ago and has long been replaced... there is a vid of the new engine up now ... the new eninge only runs a street cam and makes the same power with a more usable torque curve. (p.s on 98 octane)

  • hi,may i know what dyno machine is that?

  • couldnt tell you ... try getting in touch with kent form speedsource, warkworth , new zealand.

  • huh....im just trying to compare with my silvertop...:)

  • what are you trying to compare ... all dynos differ, i dont understand what you want.

  • just trying to find out how high hp can 20v silvertop engine get after mod , wether i need to rebuilt mine...

  • im upto 124KW at the wheels, my cam is only a road/race cam, i did no head porting at all at this stage but have bigger springs for the valves. A good set of headers helps ... you could get upwards of 160-170Kw at wheels eazy if you had the coin to throw at it (with race cams, porting , compression etc etc). They are a stong engine if built right.

  • i get only 150hp rwhp on dyno dynamic,288 8.5lift cam at both side, arias 10.6 piston and crower rod,0.8mm gk.150 hp is it low?

  • im making 124KW or 166hp at the wheels, similar duration and lift ... i wouldnt say thats low ... its better than factory

  • RWD starlet conversion?

  • yes

  • Mate Fantastic car with awesome power.. I would love to know the mods carried out.Headwork or what cam profiles etc...I realise most people wont let their secrets out but.....I love the sound and the power that you made...I must know....!!! Do tell please

  • What transmission did you use?

  • since i put my first 20v in i have been using the T50 as found in the ae86 and early celicas (the one with 22 splines)

  • And the rims also! Ride looks and sounds great!

  • the rims are performace alloys that i imported from australia. they are -ve 13p offset 15*7's wrapped in toyo RA1s

  • Man where can I get that bodykit?

  • i got the 4 wheel arches from a company in timaru (NZ), there is another in Christchurch as well. , the rear fin come from a club-k member jamie in dunedin and he has done my front lip also (not shown in the vid)

  • hey nice car thats pretty descent power out of a 20v, what modifications have u done on the motor? im in the process of doin up my 20v in a corolla would love my car to go as well as urs

    nice work

  • it gets better .. I recently had it back on the very same dyno and got it upto 126KW at 8500 rpm at the wheels (203hp at the fly)

  • Hey man how did ya get an extra 16kw (from 110kw)? Cams, compression?

  • mainly a decent set of free flowing headers ..... the old ones to small and had tight bends ... new ones biger diameter and more free flowing ....

  • mods?

  • 110kw, convert that....

  • 147.51 at the wheels

  • what da horse power/...//???

  • 147.51 at teh wheels
