The Gov't has always used people whom they could easily exploit to help them do their dirty work. Characteristically they are emotionally-scarred, sadistic, insensitive, ego-tripping individuals who already have many, many heterogeneous conduct disorders(i.e- sexually deviant, drug addiction,alcoholism, etc) so criminal behavior such as cellphone stalking is customary/normal for/to them.

Wow! I see this happen to me so many times and I just ignore it. This happened to me a lot in class. SSSSSSSOOOOO many people mob ganged me including worker from the galt house who I knew worked there when i did...they all had cell phones, they all watched me like owls and they all judged me..it was odd and I wish I had a camera, too but, I honestly try to ignore people around me. There are young people in Kroger store's who "know me" & work there, too.

Correct- The majority of TI's do not even realize that this is being done to them, that is the way it is meant to be, so that it appears they (PERPS)are just innocently using a cellphone- EXCEPT that it is combined w/EMF targetting 24/7 365....

hand sigle 0:09 it means "you are a target2 to signal others and harass you. mobiles are more to target than to transmit em signals, they usually zap from unseen places e.g through the back of a van whilst using thermal goggles or through tainted windows of vehicles, you may seen a lot of vehicles with tainted windows.

yes, there are alot of dark tinted vehicles whenever I'm out cruising..I used to have some on mine, too, until I got ticketed (but of course there is entireiy different set of "laws" governing TI's, right??) So.....the tint is usually a dead giveaway...Peace

I'll usually concerned if they are "text messaging:" because this is when the targeting occurs. But something if they are on the phone, they are calling in their coordinates.

Usually if I'm in the supermarket, I'm confronted by surveyors (they inspects contaminated products put on the shelves). I'm followed by stalkers who infiltrated the store, or are coming from the outside. Usually they have their cell phones out, but never too their head as seen here.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean, however I get BOTH kinds.

The ones who REALLY stand out are those DRIVING w/cp's held up to their head or just extended out (and open, of course)...Now THEY should be arrested, because they're creating a driving hazard.
