I taught my Saddlebred to rear under saddle when I say "Up" and squeeze. Now I wanna teach him to lay down. I've been taking him to his fav. rolling spot after untacking him and when he starts to lay down I say "Down" over and over and give hime a treat when he goes down. He's comfortable enough to stay down while I move around hime and he'll let me sit on him and then get up when I tell him. Any advice on how to teach him to do it on command though??
@carcotasa1 OH. About the sire and dam. Yeah, it's freaky! She bred her tallest horse to her shortest one xD Iguess he came out on the father's side :p
