@davidogan Agreed, he's a salesman that perfectly ruined the roast.
The 1st dead giveaway that he wasn't chef was to square frying pan @ around 0:45.
The 2nd was that he jabbed it with a knife @ 3:53 to removing it from the pan, instead of using tongs or a spatula.
And the 3rd was that he didn't let the meat rest before slicing @ 4:02.
What a hack!
