  • I've done 4 sets and i only feel it in my calves, not my thighs... I only need to tone my thighs, anyone have the same problem?

  • @xx0ink This one wouldn't do anything for your thighs - the main workout here is the jumping, which is your thighs. I don't know about toning very much, but if you want an exercise for thighs, squats work your thighs. You can combine thighs and calves by standing with your feet apart, squatting so that your thighs are parallel to the ground, without having your knees beyond your feet, and then jumping so that you push off the ground with your toes (that works calves).

  • I don't think this works at all. I do my own easy excersizes and my measurements are exactly equal to tiffanys but I have longer legs than hers a little

  • @LapinJay yeah ofcourse(: I just do 3 sets of 10 lunges and ride my bike around the block for 10/15 mins everyday. but when I ride my bike, I make the seat 2 or 3 inches higher than where it's comfortable. It helps a lot. I also box so I do lots of kicking. I hope that helped lol. I only been doing this for 2 months and I already see the results..everyone's been asking me what i've been doing. I hopes it works for you(: I only do this 4/5 times a week so it depends on what your body will take

  • @OnlySmileyFace as you can see Tiffanys measurements are in centimeters (cm) your are probably in inches. 1inch is 2,54cm. Thats just my guess.

  • here's a fact: the 9 girls auditioned to be in snsd when they were like 12 and below, most probably, they've been trained ever since then.

    and they're lucky cause they work out together. while I have to hide from everyone whenever I'm doing snsd exercises

  • @77Rilley ha, i have the same problem. if you just like did a little workout, its becomes muscularly. but if you do it everyday, all your fat will turn into muscles (Which will be skinner)

  • I like her legs more here cuz they look healthy but not the chubby type, but slim healthy, not buff, etc when she stretch out her leg, its like a straight line. No offense to secret nor secret fans, their legs aren't "honey thighs", these are.

    Now, her legs are still nice, but thinner. I guess thats more on the safe side cuz thinner legs do make them look longer and it's better than bigger or fatter.

  • It's a lot easier for SNSD than it is for us because all our bodies are different and there are different exercises for different people. SNSD has personal trainers which makes it so easy because they just do what they tell them to do :(

  • @asianidol8 Tiffany has muscle and no fat maybe you have some fat. But dont worry just exercise in the morning and jog a little and you will see a big difference later

    See i did this exercise and it worked i think...and i measured my calves and they were 30cm and i think tiffany measured 32cm in the video....but why is my leg so much bigger than hers but im 2cm less than her???? Can someone explain pleasepleaseplease...i want to know what im doing wrong :) thanks !

  • @asianidol8 u may be measuring at the wrong spot or maybe when u wrapped the measuring tape around your calves, it was loose, thus adding 1 or 2 cm's? Im not sure.. maybe your calves are smaller. if tiffany's legs are longer than yours, and your calves were the same size, yours would appear bigger.

  • i did this for about three days, 3 times a day, and my legs were suuuper sore! It looks really easy in the video but it's actually quite hard to do/maintain ><. I can tell why Tiffany has such nice legs though. I'd say this exercise would actually work :O

  • It actually works, believe it or not. It does leave you a bit sore, though. Just be consistent with doing it at least 2 times a day. You don't need a partner, either! My calves are sooo defined! :D

  • My goodness, they actually told the audience what the golden ratio for legs are, with actual numbers? I find this really irresponsible. Telling an audience what perfection is does not teach them healthy body image, nor does it allow people to accept different body types and appreciate the beauty in difference. I am embarrassed they actually filmed and televised this segment. How rude this is to the viewers. It is not a matter of exercising for some, not everyone's body can take on that ratio.

  • @vaprsnake21 well, korea is like that. They have some specific features that are considered pertty and if you dont have them...well you're screwed (like double eyelids or V-shape face)

  • @12zuzus This video isnt showing girls how to get healthier, its showing them how to achieve a body like SNSD members. They make it seem like if you dont have this golden calf ratio then your body isn't perfect. plenty of girls dont have these measurements and still have gorgeous toned and slim bodies
