I dont recall my Heavy Rain glitching at all (although in saying that, i havent played it in a fair few months), and ive played through it about 4 times already. Fucking LOVED this game though. This and Infamous are my 2 faves for the PS3. Have you played Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophesy)?
I could NOT disagree more with you on Heavy Rain...but, I really like how you review :). I just sat through a 40+ minute video of a guy just sitting there, explaining the game with every other word being "like" and "um"...no cutaways.
People often forget: You have to at least TRY and entertain while you are reviewing. So, while I respectfully disagree with you about Heavy Rain, this has earned a sub for me as well, and I'm about to go check out your other reviews as well
@thatsamoanguy Thank so much for the great comment, it's always nice to hear such postive words about my reviewing style! I really appreciate the sub, thanks again.
HEAVY RAIN's Audio glitches comes from that they used a totaly new Audio system thingy. it was a bit to good for a game i believe, so sound was glitchy.
I got Stuck ones in the game, the second time i playd it.
But the Story and Gameplay makes you forgive it.
Camera angles and that did not botter me.
I'm used to strange camera angels from playing difrent games.
Like i classic Metal Gear Solid on the PS1.
Move is just a gimick, that was Sony who told them to fuck the DLCs and add move! Fuck Sony!
I didn't rate your IGN contribution; in fact I didn't enjoy any of the shortlisted contributions. But I looked into your standard Youtube reviews and have changed my mind. They're entertaining, tightly crafted and deep; so much so that I'd have a difficult time criticising them! The 30 seconds IGN gave you didn't do you justice (and let's be honest, it's a stupid time limit designed more to make their lives easier than challenge the wannabe reviewers) So i'll be rooting for you, keep it up!
don't get me wrong heavy rain was a good game, but when i compare it to alan wake i perfer that to heavy rain, in gameplay and innovation, alan wake had a crap story and heavy rain didn't have enough action to control, all you get is pressing a button as fast, its fun in shenmue or god of war for a while but all the time, gets repetative, only shocking value i had with this game was the origami killer. the rest i saw in saw the movie.
@flyingteddy79 For some reason when I search the address it just goes back to my youtube homepage :S Weird, is the video still there? What is it of? :)
(Frustrating but) brilliant game, and a super video. Nice to have a game with no game over and your actions actually meaning something. Loving your work. Next time, please include footage of Bowser smashing up Tails and then going out for dinner with the origami bird!
I love that graphic at the beginning. I adored this game and it is probably one of the most tense games I have ever played. Graphics are beautiful and I thought that the choices depending on how quick or diligent you are is a great mechanic because it makes you feel horrible if you mess up and the character dies. Great video and I cannot wait for the next.
great review! finally a good female gamer lol, the chicks at ign dont know anything, keep it up

You had to be so on-the-ball with this game. It was great though, might try playing it again to check out one of the other 21 endings :P

@TheApproximation Exactly, I felt awful when I messed up and one of my characters died. They did a great job at making you empathise with them.
