The younger one is stronger than the older one. Piccolo asked Shenron to restore his youth to regain his full power again. Just think of this as the original version of the Lord Slug movie since that movie was a total rip-off of this fight.

I read the manga version of this whole vid in about 2 minutes. In the manga Tien had a more realistic reaction to Gokus sudden power and Piccolo and Gokus lines at the start is much funnier.
