not the way i cook...grind em up into jerky and you can't taste waterfowl at all! Or we take them to a meat locker and get them all made into brats...just a suggestion. good luck!

DOA runs about 50 stuffers in our spreads. Thanks for all the nice comments folks. As far as the other not so nice comments, DOA harvest snow geese and protects the tundra and local marshes, wild boar in NC to protect the turkeys and Res. Geese in the flight path at the Buffalo, Ny Int. airport in hopes of protecting lives in the future in Clarence. What have yiou done lately? Meanwhile, others have taken millions every year to protect the Chesapeake. How's that going

Simple Answer: Yes

Some snow geese arn't the best in the world to eat. Other snow geese taste better. It all depends on what the snow geese diets have been.
