Male voices go up with age. Probably because testosterone levels fall. I have been thinking of moving up to bass-baritone. I recorded a little bit of Wotan from Rheingold. I may post it or maybe not. When I was doing Rheingold my parts were Fasolt and Fafner - but Wotan is only a little higher.
I am not really a profondo. I can sing some profondo parts but I can also sing at least a few baritone arias too. I have an average bass range. Sam Ramey for example has a bigger range.

I record myself sitting in front of my computer. I have a USB connected Samson G Track mic on my desk. I play the MIDI file in SmartScore and record it in Sony AudioStudio. I don't have any set up to do. I can record on the spur of the moment. On a whim.
In this case I transposed it down to E Flat but that was too low both for me and for musicological correctness. So I tried E natural.
