Thanks for the wonderful tutorial. This is a great substitute for naturals who normally blow dry & flat iron to get a straighter look. And in my opinion, this seems to require a lot less heat! I wanted to ask whether or not you use heat protectants when blow drying? In this vid, are you using the products you used before blow drying as your heat protectant?

Hey Autumn!! I've just tried this..my hair is now in the flat twists and I am wearing my silk scarf!! hehe :) My hair is sooooooooo soft I can't believe it. you can get those combs from any BSS for 2-3 dollars. Also the nexttime you want ot blow dry- you may want to bantu knot. It's glorius!

I think I got it at a regular ol' beauty supply a long time ago. You can probably find it at a Walgreens or CVS in the section that has Black hair care products though.
