40 seamed to have been the highest number counted by one on Sesame Street. These days they only count to 20 by one.

nope not the 30 dots one it's 40 dots and it features a voiceover counting dots untill he reaches dot 39 and the screan gets blury and the dots go in and out and finally he shouts 39 then 40 and the screan shakes and the dots crash into one another
