Yes they would have given him antibiotics, but in this case as long as it's cleaned and kept clean it should have healed fine. You don't get a "spider sack" under your skin from being bitten by a spider. You're exaggerating the hell out of this whole thing: flagging the video, wondering if he died...I mean, come on.
And even if he is treating himself improperly not once in the video does he suggest that people should go out and do what he did to treat a spider bite.

You're acting like he's putting straight up jalapeno pepper juice into his cut. The 'ingredients' that he says are in the bottle are probably in very small amounts. It's like saying that salt is bad for you just because it has sodium in it.
If people see this video to use as a reference, then honestly that's their fault, not his. Besides who has this kind of stuff just laying around? An air concentrator...? Seems to me like this method is unconventional, but the dude knows what he's doing.

yes, most bites with pus must be lanced and left open to drain effectively to clean the infection out, but i recommend a doctor do it. Don't try that with a snake bite! You'll spread the venom in a snake bite faster, so a doctor must be seen. Need antibiotics, etc.

Isn't needed at all to throw away the skin, cause that skin protects you from other infections, all you need is pop it and wash daily your foot with the "flask" which you threw to the water at 6:41.
It will cure in a week or less.
