I personally don't think he changed himself a lot. Only 2 nose jobs and it wasn't in the interest to change his appearance. It was to keep his voice from dropping as he aged. His skin changed cause of vitiligo. His everybody changes their hair styles as the ages go by. Everybody's faces change as they grow older.
