I am a poll worker in NM and during my training I was specifically instructed that addresses do not need to be a match, and that our state will not be a part of denying the homeless or people that have been foreclosed on their right to vote. At least one state is doing the right thing.

Oh really? Well how about if you get foreclosed on and then they send you a voter registration confirmation in the mail to your old address. The confirmation expressly states that it cannot be forwarded so you don't get it. Then when you turn up to vote, they say you're not registered.
