Any misbehavior and the miscreant in question could be waterboarded, threatened with rape, and have his or her home address ransacked with any relatives present beaten up and molested. Finally they could be placed naked and wet into a little wire cage to spend the night being woken up every 15 minutes with screams and a kick to the ribs or stomach from their new "teacher"!
