I watched some H.O.T videos "for Kangta" XD but You can see he likes this kinda music also it's hard to make your own style in a boy band.. Like DBSK.. JYJ makes now more slow songs "ballad" but don't care still support them since they got such an amazing voice.. ^__^

My older sister was listening to this, and she recommended it too me. He's old now (sorry, lol) but he's still so attractive and for his age this song really surprised me. I don't think it's wise to relate him and H.O.T to Big Bang, but whatever. This song is depressing, but my favorite genre. This song is amazing! I can't stop listening to it.

man H.O.T. was nothing like Big Bang... they were Big Bang+TVXQ+SJ+SS501+2PM+etc etc etc altogether. Actually H.O.T. revolutionized the KPOP industry and became the inspiration for most of the idols active nowadays.
@eastseaDH THANK YOU, Finally someone else that thinks like me. Yes, BB,DBSK,SJ,2pm,22501, and all the other groups are super popular and all, but H.O.T really is the pioneer of groups like these. That's why H.O.T will always be #1 in my heart. H.O.T is what got me into Korean music and entertainment. Their quality of music was sooo amazing even till now I still listen to their music. The messages in their music was moving when I finally realized what it was about. Really one of a kind.
@skeleton1004 I wouldn't say that COPIED them.. Seo Taiji was a different genre though.. and a different era. H.O.T is closer to what we see idol groups today. Seo Taiji undoubtedly changed the music industry in Korea but not idol groups.. but if we're just talking about kpop and where it really changed, then fine, yes they did have a tremendous impact on music of those days which filtered and affected groups such as H.O.T and BB SUJU and all those other idol groups.
@skeleton1004 If you had taken the time to carefully read my comment, I obviously did not limit the current day idol groups to Big Bang. I do know YG was one of the boys in Seo Taiji and Boys. But even if I did only limit it to Big Bang, I wouldn't say Seo Taiji & Boys was the sole music pioneer for Big Bang since they do have a total different concept.

hmmmmmm everyone says that Hero JaeJoong will go into rock music like hee junnie, which id say would sound about right. however, Moons passion and love for music reminds me of Xiah. Moon has the same oersonality as Junsu.

On some interview (sorry I can't recall were) MHJ said that JaeJoong caught his attention a few times during H.O.T.'s concerts since he was one of few boys among girls.
Jaejoong himself said that he's a MHJ fanboy (check his rehearsal to SM - what a haircut ^^). I've even heard a story that JJ and YH had met because JJ had got into street fight because someone insult his idol. But this one might be just a legend ^^
Instead of GD, I think Kim Heechul from Super Junior is more like MHJ because whenever Heechul is given an oppurtunity to sing a solo song, he tends to pick a rock song.

HOT was really the first band to go against the grain and really change how music is in Korea today, in my opinion. Big Bang is awesome, but I think that DBSK is following closer to HOT then anyone else...Speaking of which, ever since DBSK's debut, I've always thought that Jeajung is very much like Hee Jun.
he was nothing like g dragon and he was and more than what g dragon will amount to as a musician!!! G dragon doesn't have the voice.... and there is way too much competition now! Moon Hee Jun should only compared to the greats not some up and coming artist. Personally, I think g dragon was okay until he released his first album! He's good....BUT DONT COMPARE MHJ TO GD!!!!! ur way off!!!
That`s a bit harsh, considering GD has been in the music scene since he was 13. Moon Hee Jun and GD are both amazing, but Moon Hee Jun probably has a bit more under his belt, considering he was in the public eye far longer than GD was. Also, remember their styles are completely different, and their rises to fame also took different paths.

Damm glad to see Moon is still doin great. Hes definitely better than all the new school korean singers. I mean c'mon, he doesnt even use auto tune when its becoming the new thing over in Korea.

On some interview (sorry I can't recall were) MHJ said that JaeJoong caught his attention a few times during H.O.T.'s concerts since he was one of few boys among girls.
Jaejoong himself said that he's a MHJ fanboy (check his rehearsal to SM - what a haircut ^^). I've even heard a story that JJ and YH had met because JJ had got into street fight because someone insult his idol. But this one might be just a legend ^^

Instead of GD, I think Kim Heechul from Super Junior is more like MHJ because whenever Heechul is given an oppurtunity to sing a solo song, he tends to pick a rock song.

I think he's much prettier now than in the H.O.T. days! ^-^ He even looks the TINIEST bit like Jaejoong at certain angles (in the mouth mostly) =)
Whenever I think of Moon Hee Jun, I think of "Candy"....and it's such a drastic change from that to this....XD
but I LOVE this song T^T And it's so cool that he wrote it! THAT is talent. I have to much respect for the k-pop stars of yesterday ^^

HOT was really the first band to go against the grain and really change how music is in Korea today, in my opinion. Big Bang is awesome, but I think that DBSK is following closer to HOT then anyone else...Speaking of which, ever since DBSK's debut, I've always thought that Jeajung is very much like Hee Jun.

he was nothing like g dragon and he was and more than what g dragon will amount to as a musician!!! G dragon doesn't have the voice.... and there is way too much competition now! Moon Hee Jun should only compared to the greats not some up and coming artist. Personally, I think g dragon was okay until he released his first album! He's good....BUT DONT COMPARE MHJ TO GD!!!!! ur way off!!!

That`s a bit harsh, considering GD has been in the music scene since he was 13. Moon Hee Jun and GD are both amazing, but Moon Hee Jun probably has a bit more under his belt, considering he was in the public eye far longer than GD was. Also, remember their styles are completely different, and their rises to fame also took different paths.
