see this is a typical non called traveling violation by nba nowadays. look at that stuckey when he first touches the ball, he has one foot on the ground. he jumps with both legs AFTER he received the ball, that's an automatic travel. I have seen wade and the like doing this thing so many times and i do not understand why they dont call it at all.

take a look at the clip at 0:50, when they call oakley travels. in this case oakley is actually one step less than stuckey in here. and it is also in the motion of shooting the ball, compared to stuckey setting up his footwork for the next move. i can bring you so many of these examples and i do believe that what is happening in your video is a 3 count rhythm.
