Зачем его с кем-то сравнивать? Его жанр - Высоцкий и все. Других в этом жанре не было и нет. Песенка шуточная, а наводит на серьезные мысли ( не о печальной судьбе Кука, конечно). А о том, что Высоцкий отразил в русской литературе целый речевой пласт - язык определенного социального слоя. Тут нужен дар побольше, чем абсолютный слух музыканта. Это Божий дар Поэта.
