I'm so amazed! I had the longest conversation with the Angels all through Wednesday evening and Thurs. morning about how I absolutely need to switch to totally edible, organic and natural hygiene products. The book I have been given to work on this topic is called "Do you have the guts to be beautiful" By Dr. Mitra Ray. I felt very guided to mention the book for anyone who is reading who might be interested in learning more about pure, edible skin and hair care. :) Sending you all so much love!!

Lovely green again. Yes today I felt like having a restfull day at home and I made sure I made a healthy dinner and ate some lovely fruit. I also bought some healthy vitamins and healthy probiotics.

Amazing reading, I am having issues with the skin on my hands at the moment due to hand cleaning soaps at work, and trying to find a way to stop the dryness and cracking.

this one really related for me today as Doreen talked about allergens and I had breathed in dust this morning and last night vacced my bedroom and found lots of dust behind furniture. This shows how connected we all are to everything. I will do some healing on my reactions to dust as its a memory that needs some love.
