  • eeeeek on the form

  • wtf was that one rep is shoulders back stand straight not whatever u think is

  • Your back isn't in neutral possition :)

  • I love when people who have probably never touched a weight in they're life try to be the form police

  • Are you rowing or deadlifting lol? jk youre strong as fuck. Alot of people cant even deadlift 135 for 50 reps

  • Crazy, you must really know what you are talking about...

First, the form one uses to do max reps vs. a 1RM max or the like is not usually the same. I have pulled over 800 lbs and not torn my biceps. Crazy, huh? Douche.

  • this is horrible! your not really even using your legs and your gonna fuck up your back. a lot of reps tho

  • Nice, obviously his form does not have to be as good on something he can do 50+ reps of lol

  • dude those are horrible form

  • @mmaguy34 i like the part where you posted a video of your deadlift form.

  • awesome job. There's another dude i know under crossfit lkn who managed 60 recently and he said his glutes and hamstrings hurt worse then his back.

  • horrible form

  • thats amazing

  • really impressive but it looks like its gotta kill your back goin that fast

  • wow thinking that my max ever is 225

cool workout, is definitely for the mentally strong.

  • damn that is very impressive

  • careful with your elbows....you don't want to row it up

  • Exactly. He has some awesome strength and muscular endurance, no doubt, and he can definitely DL correctly some great weight after watching the 635x2 video, but the speed of this set is fucking with the form a bit. The elbows are bending in a few reps, which can at times cause injury.(Bicep tendon for example). Other than that, this is extremely impressive. And I thought 225x20 was half decent...lol

  • i counted 58. nice work bro. now how much do u max?!

  • I've only done 225x20, you are brutally strong sir.

  • Your pretty much straight leg deadlifting lol.... Your too strong for the contest!!!

  • Geez, a lot of interesting comments. I did this as part of an online contest. I normally pull in the 1-4 rep range. Lol, when I was done my glutes were BURNING! I could not get comfortable even sitting for several minutes.

By the way, for the idiot referencing blowing a disc, there is no way I am going to blow a disc on a 50+ rep set...

  • this isn't something that this guy obviously does on a regular basis...this is a challenge to test ones GPP and conditioning....good stuff

  • my back would snap in half if i did that more than once

  • dang you make that weight look super light

  • i feel sorry for you man, you are gonna be so sore the next day, but good job

  • If your drug free than that is very impressive.

  • good - put why screw up your CNS?

  • When I first started watching this video I rolled my eyes. But by the end, it was compelling. Ballsy stuff, man.

  • good job

  • try 405 for reps with your max strength (no offence)

  • Impressive but should have locked the reps out. Looked like only 3 reps were actually full. Try a 3 plate rep off that would be more meaningful. Definitty couldnt have done it without straps. Your back must have been wrote off.

  • so whatcha got for 1?

  • 57... wow

  • WTF is wrong with you man? Are you trying to kill yourself or are you just an extreme masochist? As bloody impressive as that is, I have to ask...WHY????

  • Brilliant!

  • Throw in some handstands and go for time! ;)

    Great work Chris!

  • Outstanding work, Chris!
