its a steralizer to clean the stomach before they cut it open, same thing with like surgery they put that on to clean the area before they make an insision.

very cool i had twins my self and had no idea what the surgery looked like. i was kinda freaked out but then the moment the babys came i was able to smile very big!! congrats on the babes. they are hard work but alot of fun. best wishes
