  • any chance you could point us to s good tutorial for muscle dynamics for maya?

  • how many hours went into that?

  • Poly.. bone? I'm sorry I tried looking this up but nothing showed, seems interesting though..

  • @mimikawaii7386 it's a poly object for sliding skin.

  • @skif3d Ooh. Converted into bone and connected to the skin then painted with sliding weights?

  • @mimikawaii7386 exactly!

  • @skif3d Brilliant. Thanks for the tip.

  • @mimikawaii7386 you are welcome

  • what do you use?

  • @bobster869snakeboy maya only

  • IMO the tail sways too much. But wonderful job nonetheless.

  • This was a treat to observe! It's one thing to see drawings of muscles and how they would function, but quite another to see from the "ground up" if you will!!! I love the texture as well, if you were to make small films with that presentation I'd watch it a hundred times just because it looks so cool!!!

  • you put some vibration in the neck when he roars? I think it would be nice if that'd notice, would be more realistic ... the skin over the ribs, the muscles, everything is perfect!

  • Awsome nice job.

  • yeeeeeesssss i have just the thing to make a monkey out of optimus prime ... muhahahaahaha

  • You textured the dino with a black Hefty trash bag? lol

  • 1:21 OH NOAW I GET IT! :>

  • Thumbs up if OneyNG sucks fat fagget bagels.

  • I never realized how small their arms were lol. They look so funny on an otherwise fierce looking animal.

  • Just think....6 thousand years ago Jesus was riding one of those

  • @Killwhitey222 Its 2011 AD, So how old was he at the time 4000 years old?

  • Cool video but i missed some music for video (ofcours not the mainstream pop music or anything like that) something what fits to video and makes the video more enjoyable.

  • aaaww. look at those little cute hands

  • give it a little more segments so it isn't as blocky xD

  • that is one drunk dinosaur

  • what program??

  • @LucarioFire Maya

  • @skif3d what Maya??

  • @panostsak

    >LucarioFire : what program??

    >skif3d: Maya

  • @skif3d

I think he meant what maya, like maya 2008, maya 2009

  • @TheCrossedeyefreak

    hehey... sorry :) maya 2009

  • @panostsak Maya he, Maya ho, Maya ha, Maya haha

  • awww, I read this as 'musical' :(

  • @Miner450 he did, but I'm not gonna thumb you up, because that's just stupid.

  • @Miner450 yep

  • @Miner450 please stop.

  • @SilverPh0enix Stop? This is the first time I've ever done this. I can't stop people from giving my comment a thumbs up. If you want my comment to not be on the top, tell the other commenters that.

  • @Miner450 its just that its annoying when the comment with most thumbs up is something 'thumbs up if some famous youtuber sent you here'

  • @Miner450 he didn't send you here, he liked the video...

  • @Miner450 OneyNG?

  • HOLY CRAP. THAT IS AWESOME.

  • @Miner450 -_- child request

  • Awesome work!

  • obviously there are 3 people who viewed this video that have no idea what they were looking at. This is billiant

  • jaw could open rather wider in my own opinion. but that's just my opinion. As well the T-rex's jaws are not locked together, the lower jaw can be dislocated like a python's lower jaw, allowing it to swallow large chunks of flesh.

  • legs are too stiff, a recent discovery states that t-rex could move very fast, because its leg muscles attached further along the tail than once thought.

  • @Piatnitskysaurus Really? Thanks. I wasn't aware of that myself.

  • how the hell do u deal with the skining in maya. tried sumthin like this and the mesh wen haywire

  • wowwwwwwwwwwwww this is great

  • hi good rig,but i have a small dought u mentioned joints and polyBones i had never heard any thing like polybones in maya it would be help ful if u could know me about that or pls let me know some links from where i could learn that

  • @sri2chaitanya polybones - it's polygonal objects.

They are necessary for creation effects of sliding.

  • @skif3d how are those polygon objects added to geometry and how does that sliding happen please guide me

  • @sri2chaitanya maya muscle - slide

poly obj - skined. and add to rex skin as slide obj.

    soppy for my bad english

  • And they say they have feathers now... :(

  • @loooony92 grow some balls and deal with it.

  • ОТЛИЧНО!!!!

  • What did you accomplish this for?

  • @WaldronicTomotron

    lasthunt-eng.blogspot.com/

  • wow that is so awsome! I wanna do stuff like this:(

  • Cool ! *_*

  • Pretty good job. However the width of the "chest" around the arms needs to be a bit narrower, it looks really out of proportion.

  • @parkinsonliam

This is real scientific reconstruction which was create with help of paleontologists-experts.

  • how did you do this...like did u design each part or something? each muscle, arm eye, head etc..or is it something you like download

  • @jaqua524

Yes I did each muscle, and other parts.

  • dude what shapes did you break down to make that dino

  • @bananas457

I don't understood you. My English is not so good. Repeat please

  • awesome good work but id love to see a render too!

  • @darezeal Thx. render and other information in a blog of project.

  • @degemeny ???

  • whats do you do it in?? and how?

  • мне кажется рык больше похож на невнятную отрыжку, без обид но над концом не помешало бы еще поработать

  • @3D8n52DmV37EI6oHeX

а смысл? это же только тест рига.. так что...

    больше информации о проекте тут

  • nice!

  • animaton is good ...smooth

  • hi, thats excellent ! awesome in fact thanks for sharing

  • А что это за polybones? Не, flex ли? Можно, хоть намеками рассказать, как это делается, или ссылку на тутор дать? Заранее, спасибо!

  • полибонес - это протые полигональные кости, для имитации скольжения кожи по костям. Flex?

  • wow splendid ! very good works!

  • да не за что :)

  • ну это так то историческая реконструкция тиранозавра. Влад при создании консультировался с палеонтологами.

такие передние конечности и были у него, мало того: мышцы в них были практически полностью атрофированны.

  • nice job, keep going!

  • wow

  • That is so cool!

  • Awesome!!!!!!!!!! Finlay a T rex that walks in the right way. Great job dude keep it up
