I have been dear friends with Matt for many years. I remember when he wrote this song. He had been spending a lot of time with our dear friend James Starkey (wanbliwiwohkpe). James has many videos on YouTube.
Matt is one of the best songwriters I have ever heard. He introduced me to Jonathan Byrds music as well. I think he may have played my old coffee shop in Sioux Falls, SD Black Sheep Coffee. Cheerss!
