no offense but this is the worst paddling technique you could do. you r not gonna be able to paddle all day doing this. Arms should finish straigh ahead of your eye sight., while the other arm should be closer to your body and not to mention the importance of the legs during the paddling.

Exit happens when elbow reaches hip and not the hand....and last both arms always work in unisense to create power from the torso and not as divided strokes in each side
Oh, not at all. This is a great how-to video if your objective is to dislocate your shoulder. Otherwise, it comes across as a nearly textbook example of the armchair expert--he's even recording his demonstration in his living room.
