Wow a masterpiece! I had my baby at home too, I can't imagine doing it any other way. It just seemed to flow so beautifully. My body was alive, fully activated and it worked so perfectly just as I knew it would. And the difference in the health and appearance of babies born naturally with no drugs is amazing. And a baby born in a calm environment is a calm baby.

He was born underwater, and I grabbed him myself.

@mynaturalchildbirth Have you seen a woman in labor for 33 hours because the drugs given to assist in discomfort confuse her body and prevent nature from doing what it planned to do and all the while doctors are telling you it's "natural". It's a very scary proposition when all you can do is stand there and be supportive and in that moment it is frighteningly clear just how wrong the doctors are and how unnatural this is.

From what I've seen natural birthing is much better for mom too!

Unfortunatley I had my daughter in the hospital and they put me on so many drugs that my only memories of her being born are through the videos my mother inlaw and my own mother took. (You can see in the video of my husband cutting the cord how drugged up I was) I can't wait to have another child AT HOME. Truly moving video, your family is beatiful. Congrats.

Chill out hopstop! Child birth is not a medical procedure, it is a natural part of life. Home birth is perfectly safe if you've had a normal pregnancy. I don't know about the U.S. but in the the UK, a death is just as likely in a hospital birth as in a home birth. Well done Liam's mum, it looks like you had a great birth experience!
