I saw this too. It was sad to know it was the last one, it was one of those things that you always know is going to air, it is sad that it is gone, but like you said the internet killed it. But I do like how she messes that last line up. Thats ok though, a nice ending.
You said it proudly, Katie. It was an end to a great daytime tradition like "Guiding Light", but it also ends the run of CBS NewsBreak. Our world never stops, so does the news. I think we owe everything to The Internet AND Cable.
I never knew they were still doing them. Guess I just don't notice them. Still, it's a pleasant, convenient way of getting news.
I'm getting old.
