At 0:17 the trolley moves subtly to the left. It then jerks back as if pulled from behind. The DVD's all fall as if being pulled from the top of the cases. The guys reaction at 1:26 makes me question the whole "fake" claim. It is very, very difficult to act scared when you know something is a set-up.

@HigherPoker I think that the reason why there is no customers around is that it is after closing hours when the staff restock the shelves, I understand the fact that it could be a set-up but I do believe that his reaction is genuine and thats what I like about this footage more than any-thing, even if it was a set-up I don't think that the man in the video was in on it, which makes me think that this is genuine as he may have seen devices to create the hoax as he was working, but who knows :)

At other times, i would do a complete aisle and when I was done I would look back over it and everything would be undone, like I wasn't even there for 45 minutes. Wish I had some video of that job.
