I live in England and the healthcare we get is just fine. We do pay for it, we just pay for it through taxes so everyone has access to free healthcare no matter what your background or financial state is. Ultimately, there is enough surplus wealth in the top 50% of people to pay for everyone. Healthcare is not like buying an Xbox or a new car. It is a fundamental part of life which everybody (even the poor are people too) should have access to.
