Very good game, we loved it,buy this game, but make sure a mate gets it too, much more fun with a friend! Well worth the money. However when we got the preview game it kept skipping, i think this is fixed in the actual game.

I don't know 42, but 71 is the Toad Fountain. You must unlock EVERYTHING.
