i train at yaks with full void fire giants and dagonoths. (use knifes not bone cross bow)

just do waterfall quest go to firegiants and instead of getting 30-40k in 10min you'll get 70 or higher in maby 25minutes thats how fast i got my range up to 99.

yes, Lunar Diplomacy, as you can tell right at the beginning, someone follows me and asks if he can go, and i ask if he did lunar dip. and he said no, and i said he cant go. cuz he didnt do it.
