  • yes Lucida-ds is very safe for pregnant women. Lucida is just food not a drug. but as a rule of thumb, any food supplement and drugs must not be taken during the first trimester.

  • i'm already fair skinned so i don't see a dramatic whitening effect. i don't break out anymore, that's the best part.
