  • that is creepy i have seen a blimp do something like that before. The blimp was probably staying there for the wind to pass.

  • Theres the sounds of jets, theres the sounds of helicopters and even the sounds of airplanes......but nothing sounds like a blimp.

  • that is excellent quality video! I live in Akron, Ohio and there's a Goodyear blimp stationed in the area. I never fail to run outside when I hear the blimp approaching! today there was TWO Goodyear blimps in the area!!!

  • It flies over my house dozens of times each year and I never get tired of going out to look

  • this brings back so many childhood memories for me...i grew up next to midway airport and i always knew when the blimp was in town by the sound. it would hover over our house just like this.

  • Reminds me of back in the 80's when we had the Goodyear blimp America stationed here in Houston. My grandparents lived about a mile from the blimp base, and it always flew straight over their house when coming in for a landing. I always remember the loud roar of it's engines!
