What a period snapshot this is. Mr. Handford, Celina, Ruthie, Tara (the wheelchair girl), Carlos (is that his name?). And is that Lexine at the end?

Frank Oz is still Bert, Imani Patterson is still Miles, Linda's still there, and the street still has its old brown/green-dominant color scheme.

This is what, 1997? Something like that? Amazing. It's changed more in the past 10 years than in all 29 before that combined.
