Actually, moonkitty (dot) net specifies that it was not released outside of Japan at ALL because "the episode was so much of a joke that Naoko Takeuchi even refused to release it in the Region 1 Uncut DVD Box Sets making it the only episode of the first two seasons never to see a release of any kind outside Japan." So it was more of an editorial desicion then a plain old English Skip.

That's really quite interesting. I was wondering why I had such trouble before tracking this down even though I own the uncut sailor moon DVD s. What's a real shame is that the Region 1 DVD box set still has edits such as dropping a whole episode that seems more OVA non cannon-ish. It would have made a nice extra. Thank you for informing me as well as other viewers on this.

Great Job Again. The audio and VISUALS were supurbly better.
But wait a minute didn't DIC CHANGE the SEASON FINALE of Season 1? Didn't the Sailor Scouts Die? Should you review that. Even I didn't know they died at the end of Season 1 then got brought back to life till years later.

I was wondering whether I should do that or not. Technically its not a missing episode it's just one that's really really edited down. Still I think it would be good to over that.

Well, like the Ninja Turtles; Godzilla is guilty of having multiple continuities.
Still, would make a funny story if Chibiusa met the Godzilla Jr. from the Heisei series.
