anyone who has done their research will find that the Cowon S9 is by far the best mp3 and video player. Sound Quality, Battery Life, and LED screen. If your looking for app crap. go for the ipod touch. if you want a music monster, Cowon. -also note the Cowon can read AVI and XVID movie formats, for those of us who like to drag and drop with no format changes.

Unfortunately, the real ipod "killer" isn't on here as it hasn't been (and probably won't be) released in the U.S.- the Samsung YP-M1. It's basically a P3 with the Cowon S9's AMOLED screen and decent stereo speakers. Personally, I just bought a P3 (arrives tomorrow, very excited). S9 has better screen and SLIGHTLY better sound, but the P3 is handles more formats, lays flat (S9 has round back), and has a metal body and speaker, plus can work as handset for your phone through blue tooth.

I would hardly recommend the Cowon S9 "Curve", the audio and video quality is the best on the market right now (In video quality only the ZuneHD comes near to the video and picture quality but doesn't reach it at all).

Use your iTouch for games and other stuff and use the S9 "Curve" for music and video, it will be an amazing combo, but don't forget to install the newest firmeware for the S9, it will feel like a new gen.S9 after that.

Ah yeah, and the Aero G2 UCI is very good so take it!

Competider huh....? Im sure there is a reason that the Zune HD was not included. In my search for the best touchscreen mp3 layer the zune hd has not come up once actually. I had a 1st gen zune, was not impressed at all! I have owned the 1st gen ipod touch as well as the 2nd gen. I have also owned the Samsung P2, I care mostly about audio quality and the P2 has all of my other mp3 players beat by a mile. So I am getting either the Cowon or the P3. probably the Cowon.
