Killing someone because they were about to kill innocent people is doing something bad (killing someone) for the right reasons (to save more people)

Buying something from a charity shop so that the person who works there opens the till and then robbing them is doing something good (helping people in need) for the wrong reason (to steal from people in need)

Which is 'good'?

The kind of things I had in mind were more like: example of doing right thing for wrong reason -- doing charity work because it makes one feel noble. While the 'right' reason would be to do it to help people, it is no less helpful because done for the wrong reason.

Example of doing wrong thing for right reason -- not doing charity work because one is aware one would be doing it to feel noble, not out of altruism. While sincerity is good, helping people is better than purity of motive.

nothing against Jareds skill but for me Mark Pellegrino was the better impersonator of the devil. I loved every every scene he played Lucifer. It had such a class and it was unique and you truly see then and there that the devil once was an angel. I know Jared made a different approach. Mark did something which is really important for powerful charakters. He wasnt showing off. or screaming or yelling. Cause the devil doesnt need to. He just needs a whisper to turn people

This is such a beautiful scene. The unspoken tension here is ridiculously rich, the power Lucifer is holding over Cas... not to mention his persuasion. You can tell Cas almost /wants/ to believe everything he's saying, wants to have someone who understands his position-- even if they're working for different causes, really.
