@sharpshot615 Very True, i practice shorinji kempo, and the symbol is called "Manji", it is used to mark out buddhist temples on maps also.. it is over 2000 years old if im not mistaken :)

@Kyprosreef, The symbol is the wheel of fire, you will see it in temples all over the world, from Greece to Egypt, Iran & India. India & Iran had it as part of their religion for thousands of years. Hitler learned about the Aryan race from Iran & they thought this is the symbol which they used but it is inverted. Unlike how Iranians were peaceful & wrote the first chart of human rights, Hitler used it as opposite to hate.

same here, glad there's a movie about Shorinji.. One of my favs. is Shorinji kempo movie played by Sonny Chiba back in the days - He also played Mas Oyama, and others.
