could you tell me how to get the light beam to show in c4d?
@123bobbob111 create a light and choose on General Attributes: Type 'Paralell Spot' . Also select 'Visible' or 'Volumetric' for Visible Light. That should do it ;)

i have cinema 4d but i can't use it...can you give me an example how to create that. Thanks before

well, you create simple objects like cubes, spheres, cylinders etc. change its sizes and add some color and/or textures.
It took me a while to know how to handle the program - just experiment a lot with it.
create a plane, a sphere, add color, insert light, give it a shadow and render the scene.
I cant really give you a example for it ^^
but there are many tutorials out there in the net. (learning by doing)
