  • please don't vacuum screws and nails! every time I serviced a Kirby, I ALWAYS found nails or screws. one time I found quarters. needless to say the fan broke with those.

  • lol one why would you buy a used kirby it prob has other peoples dirt in it 2 you cant use the warranty and 3 why in the fuck wouldy ou want to give it a make over its been great for 98 years and topped everything out there I tell you what buy a 800 dollar vacuum come meet me out side and will see who can suck up more dirt before it breaks.

  • For those who bought the Kirby: I have a bridge I want you to buy.

  • I have a Kirby Classic that will probably outlive me. It's 40 years old and it works like a champ. You have to replace a belt every once in a while, (5-10 years) but when you look at the rotor that moves the carpet, you will understand why. It's heavy for doing stairs, but it is a very good vacuum cleaner. I recently scored another one for a dollar at an estate sale (exact make/model) so if I ever need parts...

  • this company is fucked up. selling 1500 dollar vacuums to senior citizens on social security? wtf? you should read what some of the sales pitchers do to convince buyers. seems expensive for a vacuum but if it really lasts that long maybe it's worth it, then again, if it lasted so long, why have a 3 year limited warranty and charge 175 for repairs? kind of fishy for something that's supposed to be practically commercial grade.

  • @variously2 Been using a Kirby G4 since 1997 with no problems to speak of. It has a very solid construction and works just as well as when it was new.

  • @variously2 My parents have had their Kirby for 15 years now and never a problem. I just bought a new Kirby Sentria last week and don't regret spending the money. Yes, it's expensive, but it does a great job. And the thing is built like a tank. Something you don't see anymore these days. The warranty is only 3 years, but it really is well built. the $175 is for a complete rebuild and even includes the accessories that came with. I recommend it to anyone. They are quality machines.

  • I $ell kirbys & long as you get a tune up for your every 3 months the kirby will RUN in top shape & last another 30 years i had my kirby for 13yrs still in top shape & will still beat any vacuum out there today

  • @MrStayfocus415 What is done on a tune up every 3 months?

  • Sebo is better xD

  • My Kirby doesn't work that great. It will vacuum up big stuff (like paper) as long as I go over it slowly. After I go upstairs and vacuum around my litter box and carry it downstairs it drops the litter as we go down the stairs. It leaves hair, cat hairs, thread and other tiny particles behind no matter how much I vacuum over it and it's brand new!

  • @Ladiebuglane1 Cat litter goes into the refuse bin you cretin

  • @Ladiebuglane1 have your tried replacing the belt? it doesn't need to be broken, it could be stretched out of shape. Also, when did you change the bag last? never let it get fuller than 2/3 full. one last thing to look for. perhaps there is a clog in the fill tube. keep us posted. -caryl

  • FUCK THAT kirby SLAVE !!!

  • im sorri! as a Kirby! my last name! this Vacum is so dated! Needs Serious Makeover! & Way Too my Tools~ just being honest!

  • I bet this guy bought it as a late night companion. LOL

  • Kirbys ARE THE BEST!

  • The Sentria is good, though I recommend an Aerus Electrolux, as I was able to get a wad of fibers out that the Kirby didn't.

  • I would rather live in a dust hole in the middle of a dusty desert and live in the dust with dust all over my skin at all times than ever own a Kirby vaccuum.

  • Nothing beats a Kirby! I love mine! No plastic crap materials in my machine :-). I also have the carpet shampoo attachment and it works great!! easy and better than any rented carpet cleaner I rented in the past. You get what you pay for, and Kirby is made in USA too! Win Win! Love my Kirby!

  • @AmericanPowerBase your mad cause your vac stinks

  • We have gone through three fucking dyson plastic crap vacuums in the last 10 years. They clean very good for about 3 or 4 years then go down hill. The warranty is crap compared to what it used to be. We got the Kirby Sentria for $700 that's what you can talk these rip off artists down to. The average sale price for a Kirby Sentria is $1600!!!!!!!!!! $700 or less is a good deal for a lifetime vacuum. Just don't get scamed.

  • LOL freda

  • if you buy a kirby you have proven to be a sucker and a idiot.

  • @lp000028 not really i got all my kirbys cheap and i got 1 kirby for free just do not buy the newest model out there go to a good will or a thrift store and get 1 cheap that is how i got all 6 of my kirbys

  • @stars1976 : Craig's List, Goodwill, Value Village all have Kirby's at give away prices at times. Example,

I picked up a Kirby Gen 3 in great shape today, even had 2 new belts included for $14.00 (forteen),

at Value Village. I have piked another Ultimate G Diamond for $60.00 and sold it for $300.00. Good to

hear of someone else that is smart enough not to throw their money away on the $1200.00 new ones.

    Kudos!

  • @rnasap yeah i just cant see spending that kind of money for a brand new kirby when u can get a used one for a lot less

  • Full shit

  • Kirby Sentria's are build to a standard and not a price. They'll last most people that take good care of them for 50 years; the second fan system allowing exhaust to blow out the side of the machine and not back in your face. If you want your house to look the best you should buy the best which is obviously Kirby because they have ZERO competition.

  • The kirby is self propeled and its realy not that heavy i sell them

  • Help! I'm out in the sticks and accidently locked the handle (tilt latch) It won't go back or forward. The local Kirby people have moved and I can't find in the manual or dvd how to unlock it. Can anyone tell me what to do? I'm still paying on it. I'm hating it right now.............thanks

  • Vorwerk Kobold is absolutely the best. Kirby's got nothing to do with it... it's a sin you dont have it in america..!

  • LOVE MY NEW KIRBY SENTRIA!

  • Hi everyone im a Kirby Dealer in the UK if you need information on how to purchase one or a demo just send me a message :)

I mainly deal in the west midlands area but if your outside this region im sure we can help

  • i want one lol

  • hey everybody i am a kirby dealer if anyone one needs belts bags shampoo or even a new kirby just message me and i will help u asap thanks

  • @mrhairynutz this thing is extremly light I just used one 5 min ago

  • This thing looks extremely heavy.

  • Nice floors.

  • we have 2 sentrias 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs... they both work awesome and our dog loves to pee on vacuums.. we recently got almost all the parts replaced because there was dog pee on them...we have an electrolux genesis LX that we use for the stairs. our carpets are super clean though!!!!

  • some of you are going 2 cry i bought the same one in the video brand new for 400 bucks with shampooer though hard 2 figure out how 2 use and all attatcments at the good ol local pawn shop lol still cant figue out the shampooer gizmo but the attatchments there self i find cheap made

  • just dont ever take it to a kirby repair shop, because if they look up the serial number and see it's in someone else's name, they have the right to confiscate it.

  • These vacuums last forever!!!

  • @E-80 - UR right these vacs DO SUCK!! That's why I LOVE mine and wouldn't use any other brand! As far as cost - I paid about twice the sugg. store price below. I'm sure there was profit it in the deal but so WHAT!? I know people who paid almost $2000 10yrs ago and are still Lovin' it TODAY!

  • Boy does it suck!

  • Look at that fuckers pants!

  • LMAO, you are so right and he's fat, but hey u knever know it could be a butch lesbian.

  • Kirby.

L'aspirapolvere Kirby è senza dubbio il macchinario più efficiente per la pulizia e l'igiene degli ambienti domestici che sia presente sul mercato.

nostra impresa è orgogliosa di offrirvi L'aspirapolvere Kirby

  • i admit they are a dam good vac but the way they sell them is completely dumb i worked for a sales crew and i found out that they are originally 1300 bucks but this crew sold them for 3000 which is outragous i quit the crew cuz the wouldnt pay me there was long hours and never could make the 12 demo a week i guess theres a fine line of who can and cant sell them

  • We are ,missing the video and the bag that the reps left for us to use. My husband threw out the other bag. What is the number or letter of the bag?

  • What year is that model, I am looking for 2009 and price?

  • I have a Sentria vacuum that I purchased in 2008, would be willing to sell for $800, never used

  • Do I get a warranty in my name?

  • only if you buy it directly from a Kirby distributor, making you the original owner

  • if its a sentria i would give u around 800 for it only if its never been used like you say...show me a pic of it and i can tell..because i sell them

  • 2400 is the 2009 price but depending on the seller you can catalk down a little...i sell them

  • Everything about Kirby is good except the price. If sold in stores they would sell for 599.99. The only reason they sell for 1999.99 is so everyone can get a cut.

  • Hahaha another fool bites the dust...and buys one of these!

  • I paid $1000 USD for my sentria

  • had no idea what a Kirby was on Sunday, got a salesman at my house Monday, was so impressed bought it that night for $1,060. I was so impressed cause I had vaccummed and shampood the night before he came by!

  • How much does it costs in the US? I think that is a very good product but here in Italy it is sold using a sneaky sistem,(I'd like to explain but it takes too much space) at the equivalent of 4200 US dollars...(3000 euro) with the basic attachments...isn't that too high?

  • too much, usually around the $2000 mark. I sold them for a while but found the Riccar Radiance to be better at less money as I own one and have had several Kirby's before that

  • italy purchases the 2nd most amount of kirbys in the world(russias first) and yea the kirby sells for about 2 grand here in the US. and given that you use the euro it will cost more.

  • I think that 4200$(3000 euro) are too much for any vacuum cleaner, and people are simply cheated by Italian kirby sellers who even claim that Kirby has Nasa patents to justify such a high price...they describe it as a multifunctional robot!(and before you see it you immagine something like the R2 D2 of star wars)instead it is nothing more than a good but overpriced vacuum cleaner...anyway 2000 dollars is high price, but 4200 is simply a fraud.

  • i can get you one for 2500 in the US.. hit me back

  • Comment removed

  • i sell them. they are an easy sell if you have dirt tollerance care about the quality of your carpet, do not want to pay damage costs aren't stupid ect. ect.

  • Comment removed

  • i have a sentria and i love it we used to have a rainbow and we had it about 3 years and it tore up and we got our refund. but i agree they suck

  • TRY THE RAINBOW SYSTEM, you'll love it.

  • Rainbows are glorified water bottles, no suction power at all.

  • i have one! it workS WELL!

  • Gorgeous Machine!!!!

  • Need a BRAND NEW Kirby in the Orlando, fl area call Byron at 321-947-0293 you will get a $200 trade-in value for your OLD vacuum.

  • The fraud KIRBY must end!

  • In Italy the Kirby is a fraud, a predicament.

In Italy it is sold beginning from the 4200 euro!!Their methodologies of sale are incorrect, disloyal and aggressive towards the clients and of the same sellers.I know these things, because I have worked there and I have not even had a cent of Euro.

    THIEVISH KIRBY!!!

  • could you do another just longer it the noise of it i like

  • For Demos in South Africa, call 0787404748.

  • This seems much quiter than the G series machines and the tech-drive doesn't make as much of a grating noise. Very nice machine

  • KIRBY IS A GREAT MACHINE!!! I own a dyson and a friend had a Oreck... the salesman vacuumed my living room about 50 times with both of them and then took the Kirby over just one time and you should of seen how much dirt those 2 vacuums left behind... holy cow!!!.. Nothing sucks like a Kirby

  • I am sorry if thats what made you buy a kirby. Dyson salesman will also pick up after kirby. Vacuum salesmen test are not scientific. Fact of the matter is that you are suppose to keep the carpet clean on a regular basis. Vacuuming every couple of days will keep your carpet clean. If you vacuum once a year you will need to do it 50 times before you can take all the stuff out.

  • They throw so much stuff on the ground that no vacuum will pick it up with one pass. Next time have them throw as much as they want. Ask them to use kirby first and then use the dyson. You will find many videos made by dyson dealers, dyson lovers, etc showing this demo and how much stuff dyson picks up. Bottom line vacuum 2* per week and do not wear shoes in the house.

  • @BlueToad2222 yeah it realy sucks dont it id think it would work for a while then blow jut as most scams do unles your lucky enough to get a good one

  • @BlueToad2222 : This is a sales tactic kind of like Smoke and mirrors. If they would have gone over the area

with the Kirby 1st, then used the little dust/lint collection disk with the Orek or Dyson, it would also show

much dust and especially rug lint which will show even with new rugs. You like many have fallen for this trick.

I have 2 Kirby's and they are great vacuums, just be aware that this little stunt and sold millions or Kirby's.

  • @BlueToad2222 Lol literally it sucks! They are really good vacuums

  • @BlueToad2222 You cant beat a Kirby!!! Sure they are pricy but like anything you get what you pay for and i will bet that Kirby we just got will be around long after im gone!!!

  • I can get Kirby's for $1995.00 brand new, one of my friends is a dealer..

  • why call it frida?

  • the thing about kirby is unless you have the warranty papers in your name, you cant get it fixed thru kirby. i see it all the time. and you simply cant get parts otherwise, save for maybe ebay or something.

  • Yes, the Kirby Sentria is pretty amazing. We have a 70lb. yellow lab who sheds constantly, so we use it daily. Basically, we'd be in trouble without it. We've had it for about 3 years and have had no problems--replaced the belt once and have gone through countless bags. We were able to get it for less than $1000. Consumer Reports also rates it well, despite it's price and weight.

  • Sentria! Woho! ^_^

  • No lie i just now bought one not me my mom and wwe got him to sell it to us for 2,700

and no downpayment and 90 a month starting march 10 its good but too expensive

  • damn I wish I had sol that!

you know they got full-pop for it!

that's what we kirby alumni refer to as a "phat house"

  • We bought our kirby last yr from a house demo. Those people were lucky that my husband was home that time co'z otherwise they'll leave the house without a sale. My husband's family had kiry since the 70's and now it's about time to have his own. I loved it, in fact if I were to divorce my husband I will certainly take this vac with me (lol). Paid 1300 cash, yeah it's worth it.

  • Hi, just wondering if anyone in Australia has bought one of these recently and how much it was.

  • i just got mine yesturday for 1350$ (usd)

i was surprised how much dirt was under my carpet =O

this thing is really worth the money

  • well as u can all see everywhere prices r diff. not the demo guys fault he doesnt make the price but he can move it around a bit dont make em work for free now ;)

  • We paid a little un $1300 for our Sentria at an 'in home' demo. The payment terms were 12 months same as cash and we had it paid off before the end of the term.

My brother has the Dyson Animal and the Sentria is the better vacuum. Simply physics, the suction patch is vastly shorter is a better impeller on the Kirby. There are drawbacks to this, the impeller is in-line and can be damaged by hard matierals sucked into the impeller.

There are drawbacks to each kind of vacuum. We love ours.

  • $2765 ish in australia! guys

thats what we paid (aroudn the 3000 mark anyway)

  • In Poland 4000 $ ;]

  • i also used to work for kirby, these things are like 1800 bucks

  • why do you call it fredia?

  • I just learned we were totally ripped off by an annoying, creepy looking, bucktoothed, "M'kay?" saying person. Well, he was kind, but totally ripped us off. Good thing is that we made him buy our OLD vacuum that didn't work at all for $115 dollars. XD And we have to pay $15 a week for the thing.

Great vacuum though. We had to pay $1500 or more for the thing.

  • i work at kirby and we buy all vacuums even if it doesnt work

  • tis called a trade in.. at my distributors office we do that for all our customers, regardless of if it works, but hey hey, i make bad ass money for selling these things, 1500 isnt that bad, our starting price is 1789, then we usually widdle it down, but my last sale was payed 1789 plus tax, if full cash.. i almost wanted to jus run away with the money, rofl.. but i was 8 towns away from home :(

  • sounds like bullshit and we sell em for $2,765 n i sell for 2575 (190 trade in) all the time. whos ur distributor?

  • mike wilkins.. we are speaking of the sentria? for 2765?! Wow...

  • Where do you guys sell them for 2,765 ? I work for Kirby been with them for 4 years that's awsome that you sell them at that price.. Rainbow are expensive and there pieces of shit

  • I worked for Kirby, no one goes to the Kirby store and pays $1999 at 29.99% interest; the whole Kirby demo is to build up your excitement level so you pay an inflated price. Just buy used.

  • oops I wrote there instead of their!

  • I am actually 13. Miele doesn't use a silly little fan like other vacuums. It uses a vortex motor system! This means more power. You work for Kirby and therefore think your product is the best. HA! My brother told me that when the Kirby service people came, they promised us they would vacuum and shampoo the whole house! They didn't bother. They said to us that if they don't sell this vacuum they won't be able to go to Tenerife, because there boss would not allow them and the sort!!!

  • I do not have researcher bias. I am a single male, I don't ever like to vacuum, after college Kirby was a good job for me to start out with. I was, however, forced to study all vacuums.

  • Why have such a massive, cumbersome, heavy cleaner?

  • because they're awesome. They're really easy to push around and the amount of dirt and dust they pick up is amazing!

  • Miele is the best

    Kirby isn't far behind

lol the miele has more than double the suction of a dyson

    Dyson: Approx. 60cfm

    Kirby: Approx. 115-125cfm

    Miele: Approx. 135-150cfm

Kirby is a great cleaner though!!!

  • Miele has one of the lowest HP motors in the market, and who told you Miele has more cfm's I am an engineer hired by Kirby 6 years ago, so i know what i am talking about, what do you do for a living.

  • I just got promoted to A.D.!!! I love Kirby!

  • Congrats. i work in Kirby, what city did you gert promoted in.

  • u have the wii!!!

  • thats true but im done knocking now i have people knocking 4 me lol i got promoted 2 team leader so yea but yea knockings the write thing 2 do lol

  • hehe, nice !!! I recently start to work as Kirby Sentria sale agent, here in Serbia (thats why I have search "Kirby Sentria" videos here on "YouTube")

So,let me ask you some questions:

    1. How much You have payed for it?

    2. Are You happy how it works?

    3. Do You have any complaints?

    4. What piece-particle You like the most?

    Thank You !!! ;-)))

  • My grandmother got me hooked on the Kirby brand. She used one for over 30 years then I bought a G-6 in 2001. These are hands down the best vacums ever made!

  • oh my dad just bought one of these! it cost him like 1700$ too! i like it and all but just a little TOO high tech for me...it's like a freaking car! you have to put it in drive before you vacuum!!!

  • It cost less than $50 to make an entire kirby brand new. The Factory distributor buys them for anywhere between $100-$495 shampooers run an extra $10-$20. UCFS finances the vac for consumers adding extra $300-$500. Dealers Can sell the vac as low as $600plus tax but they don't get paid on it,Big FD's still make $500 bucks profit.

  • Duh, everything you buy has mark up

  • hi hows every body doing i work 4 kirby vacuums anybody is looking 4 a kirby sentria get at me ill sale it 4 a good price and with a life time rebuild warrenty and it will be brand new so get at me 2 buy the best vacuums ever canaya07@hotmail.com

  • Where is ur office located at?? i work in the one on magenta st in the bronx new york

  • it at fremont cal on peralta and fremont bulv

  • thats not the right way to solicit sales. go knock on somebodies door and do a demo

  • I feel that the Sentria isn't made as well as the other G's but I still like it. I LOVE the retro/modern look! I think I got a good deal on my Sentria as I only paid $40 DOLLARS!

  • holy crap, howd u get it for $40?

  • The ad on craigslist said "name your price". Although the brushroll and head are NASTY!

Plus she couldn't even throw her 10 pound bag of dirt away before I came to pick it up, I HAD TO TAKE IT. I hate it when people don't throw THEIR dirt away when selling a vacuum.

  • yea, how did she ruin it so fast?

  • I guess she just didn't value it enough to take care of it. It's a throw-away world today.

  • It's amazing how people don't value their possetions. I found an Oreck XL in the trash last year, a Kirby 561 that was going to be trashed and in the past many other good vacs that usually just needed a simple repair.

  • I find a lot of plug-n-play vacs in the trash

  • Yes, I found an all original Kirby Classic Omega with all the attachments most were never even used. All the boxes and the vac are in mint condition and it's 34 years old. And it's nice and clean. Now I get a Kirby that's not even a year old and it's trashed. Everybody in the old days treated their belongings like they were a million bucks.

  • seriouly guys this is a good machine!

  • it may look "outdated" but i like it a hell of a lot better than my old canister, i wind the cord up and stick it in my laundry read to go again the next day (3 small messy children) i no longet have to fight with the hose when it gets in the way and the long metal pipe that when in the hands of a 2 year can be deadly, are now gone, the kirbys accessories are in nice little caddy that sits in the cupboard till cleaning day and is then placed on the kitchen table ready to grab when needed!

  • it it wasnt untill the salesman started with the extra bits that it won my husband over, the fact that we have now got one machine that does a number of things that we have need for (that our old standard cleaner never ever did) makes it even more worth the money. oh and something else worth mentioning -

  • ok i agree they may be a little over priced, however when you factor in that in the last 4 years i have already been thru 2 rather pricey brand name machines, plus seeing my mum and mil go thru numberous good machines too, i think the price is rather acceptable, as for the useless accesories - well if you buy it just for a vacuum - your mad!,

  • do I think the Kirby is bad? no but it is WAY ove and overpriced

  • people think because they pay $2000 for it that it's the best, no you only paid for a 1.5hr show and the advertising of buying the machine and useless attachments. Seriously that carpet cleaner isn't worth crap and nobody I know with a Kirby including myself uses all the attachments it's overkill really. O yeah and when the announce the price at let's say $2500 and they come all the way down to $800 that should tell you something and even then the company is still making a good sized profit

  • These are nice vacuums don't get me wrong. BUT they are not worth $2000 or more for real man you pay out at least $1000 out to the people that need to be paid before you pay for the actual machine. I demonstrated Kirby's for a while, it's like $400 just to the salesman who sold the machine or up to that then there's several other cuts that go to the supervisor, manager and shop owner and corporate. If that Kirby was sold in a vacuum store it wouldn't be more than $500 GUARANTEED

  • In order to obtain efficient vacuuming you need 3 things. Air, agitation, and proper height adjustment. Riccar, and Miele doesn't have all 3. And why would it matter how it looks. If i showed you a nice looking vacuum that doesnt pick up the dirt, and asked for 10 bux. No one would get it. By the way, the kirby has the best warranty for household appliances. Lifetime warranty.

  • I mean seriously not to call the Kirby a bad vacuum I mean I do have an Ultimate G it works really well but the design hasn't changes one bit since the first one made in 1919 I mean the basic design with the bag on the side and the whole "all in one" concept but it's outdated they need to keep up with 21st century technology, and if you want that get a Riccar or Miele

  • First off, dirt is not coming from the motor, open up your UltG and see for yourself that the motor and the fancase are sealed, and all joints between the nozzle and the bag are sealed. Second, a Kirby will last far longer than any other modern vacuum, there are vacuums dating back to the first ever Kirby designed model still working perfectly. Thirdly, Kirby still manufacture parts to fit their vacuums since the first 500 series from the 40's. Kirby's Guarantee - A single vacuum for life.

  • hey sorry you were accidentally logged in when I commented on this video

  • Kirby company is smart to keep their oringinal design concept. You wont see plastic vacuums lasting 80+ years like the original Hoovers or lasting since 1935 like Kirby 1C the second Kirby to be made.

  • i find it crazy that kirby has this same motor in this vac in the g series and up. i think it's time they put in a 12 amp insted of the 7 amp

  • I think if kirby puts in a 12 amp motor the vacuum will rip the carpet off the floor. Do you have a Kirby? Do you see how it already seals to the carpet and floors? 12 amps may be a little too much.

  • i have a G6. all vacuums SHOULD seal itself to the floor except bare. i have a hoover empower and it picks up what the kirby misses. the hoover is a 12 amp and it doesn't rip the carpet. there is 3 speeds on the hoover if i have that problem. for what the kirby weighs, price, and looks, like a rolls royce, it should have very powerfull suction. from what i researched, go with miele. it's 10 amp suction but it's the only vac that's sealed. i don't know about filter queen.

  • Vacuum companies confuses people with this 12 amp nonsense. Amps is how much electrical current is flowing through the motor IT DOES NOT DETERMINE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE VACUUM. Its determined airflow, suction, filteration. You can have a 5 amp motor with 25,000 rpm and a 12 amp motor with 13,000 rpm. Kirbys run up to about 16,600 rpm on highspeed. The large fan it have can produce a large amounts of airflow at a slower speed. A high speed motor have a shorter lifespan than low speed motors.

  • amps do not measure cleaning power. Just the amount of electricity used. Riccar uses 9 amp motors. Hoover sold a load of crap to the public when they came out with the 12 amp motors to cover the poor engineering that went into their cheap plastic disposable vacuums. Using more power is a waste of electricity. If it were engineered right in the first place, it wouldn't need to suck such huge amounts of power to get the same (or usualy LESS) work done! Stupid is as stupid does....

  • OMG, finally someone with a brain, Hoover spends millions advertising, "12 AMPS of suction power" maybe they should spend that money on more HORSEPOWER for their motors like they did in the 1950's

  • i brought mines for 1,000

i was just wondering howmuch you guys brought your for.. bargain with thim.the best thing to do theyll tell you they can dropped no more

then 1600 but trust me just bargain

  • not a bargin, you know the dumb thing is marked up to unbelievable prices cause #1 I used to sell them and I will tell you it isn't worth much more then $600 if you just sold it in a quality vacuum store. You really do end up just paying for a show not a vacuum. I mean you gotta think something is fishy if they have to spend 1.5hours demonstrating it and trying so hard to sell it that should tell you something

  • Have you heard of eBay? Take a look at the prices of 2nd hand Sentrias... ;)

  • I would never even buy one on Ebay even cause they are about $600 +/- there. It's not that I am against spending that kind of money on a vacuum but I would much rather have a brand new Riccar Brilliance or 8925 at that price they have much more power and not to mention the warranty is much better too :D

  • kirby sucks because they are not sealed so there for they sre unhealthy vacuums.

  • kirbys are not sealed like riccarand mieles.
