From what I remember, Raph's special attack was the most powerful.  Each hit would take a bar off of the boss's health meter.

Hard mode with 03 Rests, like any other video I made. I guess I was just lucky he didn't use the de-mutation green strike often.

Boy i'll say, I played though this on the SNES on every difficulty with my dad as my wingman and i'll tell you I was turned into a baby turtle so many times I went nutty.

True, Raph walks that fastest, but his running is the same as all the other turtles (even Donatello's), so I never actually call him the fastest.
