Question when batman the movie starring Michael kitten was open in the Philippines

back in 1989 before the death of marcos. Batman was air on PTV 4 back in 1989. Is very popular back then until they cancel the series here in the Philippines. PTV 4 announcer said the year of the bat. :-D Funny promo but on Batman i like the fights scene. It remind me of power rangers and that's cool
