Couple questions (having to do with xbox version of game)

• is there a disc for sale that includes ghost recon 1 and the island thunder expansion pack?

• also, if i play this on my 360 will the live work for it ( im reffering to ghost recon 1 in general, not island thunder)?

• if so do a lot of people still play ghost recon 1?

I wud rlly like to get this game but im not fully sure. Ive played a demo of it in an exhibition disc so ik its good

@tuna2223 no there is no ghost recon 1 and Island thunder pack. but u can buy them for 5$ each of the games and they work just fine on 360.

@tuna2223 hi, the xbox version of the original Ghost recon comes with Ghost Recon 1 and the expansion Desert Seige included, the island thunder expansion is a separate game and both these games work on thew X360. also Live will no longer work on any original xbox game because the online service was shutdown for the original xbox last year in april, 2010

i only had the demo, but i played that think like crazy. the the mission in the demo was the one where you had to eliminate all of the enemies in some kinda a fort. and there was a house outside the fort... it was so epic XD

My favorite Ghost recon in the series i dont know the new ones are just cleched you know elite military unit with orders from the president it was really stupid in this one you guys were just US Green Berets and Ghost Recon was more of a title not a unit name the old ones were the best

Man i used to have some great times with the beach grenade launcher on that open massive shoreline multiplayer map. (can't remember the name)

personnely, i dislike the clothing and gear of the future in our military, i like the older, camo drab pattern fatigues, made it seem much more grisly and commando-like then it does now with all this digital camo, shit looks ridiculous, yea, im sure they won't notice colored blocks sticking out in jungles or sand dunes or anything... jesus... I mean, all the other army's are still using them, poland, Czech, britain, i mean really...

I think they should do a redux. Ghost recon 1 with GRAW graphics. Oh, you should also be able to see your gun. That always pissed me off.

Ghost Recon 1 has better missions IMO, feels like you are Spec Ops.
