All partisanship aside: I've voted very Republican for years, but I was prepared for a President Hillary Clinton. It would not have been fun for people on my side, but the country would survive. Barack Hussein Obama is something totally different. I'm sure he's a nice person and loves his family, but I fear so many are blinded to the reality of his agenda (and it really is Socialist) that they will not only vote for him, but will not oppose him should he become President until it's too late.

In her brief career as governor she was found guilty of abuse of power. I would be willing to give her the chance to prove her fitness for office but the few scant times she has deviated from simple talking points she embarrassed herself and the republican party. I don't want to have to take McCain's word for it that the VP is capable of doing the job of president but that is what he's asking and it strikes me as unamerican. Romney 2012!

That's a good concept, unfortunately we should also have someone who can do his or her job first. Palin doesn't have a clue what she's doing.
If you look at what she did to the economy of Alaska, her own state that she touts all the time, you would realize that she can't help our current economy, she'll make it worse.
Her own ideals aside, a vote for the republican party is a vote for the current government. I think almost anyone can at this point agree that our government needs change.
