Skullangel I love lambos, but they aren't 1/4 mile machines, not made for it. most run in the high 11s and only thanks to the AWD. Theres also tons of V8 Fieros EVERYWHERE running fast. If you looked on the net youd find them, if not your blind.

Check out the Edelbrock site. Mine was a 67 Pontiac Lemans (lower trim level GTO) with a 455 from a ragged T/A and I threw a Ram Air IV cam in it and Performer heads from Edelbrock. Check their site, the part numbers for the Olds and Pont are diff. Hell, use google...would have taken you 5 seconds to get the facts ID-10-T

I disagree, an 11-12 second fiero is easy to build, only takes 350-400 horses. Power vs weight ratio on this fiero vs a gallardo or diablo has to be ATLEAST comparable. A fiero only has a curb weight of 2800-3000 lbs. Plus think of the cost difference...

@PatriotLogan technically hp is torque x rpm/5454. Who ever came up with the formula figured that 200 foot pounds of torque at 5454 rpm will do more work than 200 foot pounds at 2000 rpm. This is to compare two engines running at a constant speed. This does not factor in acceleration. A car geared right with 650 ft lbs of torque at 3000 rpm and 500 peak horse power will still accelerate faster than a car with 500 peak hp @ 7000 rpm and 400 ft lbs peak tq @ 3000 rpm. Does that help?

For everyone else . . . I've owned a Civic . . . loved it! Reliable. Cheap on gas. Fun to drive. However, there is no replacement for displacement. Top Fuel dragsters run big V8's, not VTEC 4-bangers.
