  • There needs to be a distinction made between conventional meat eaters and grass fed meat eaters. Huge difference.

  • This is some great advice! I'm trying to incorporate this into my life.

  • Hi , does anyone know of a reputable company for trace minerals to be added to RO water?

  • @tiatdivad If you eat plenty of organic fruit and vegetables then you don't need to worry about drinking distilled water. Like you said, pure water is better than chemical water. I've been drinking nothing but distilled water for six months now, I'm still alive. :D

  • Thanks for the helpful information.

  • @tiatdivad ionic minerals are probably ok. but removing all the toxic waste from tap (which inc's everyones waste from their lifestyle. i,e chemotherapy, statins, pharma meds, estrogen, fluoride from those drugs, chlorine, etc ) the distiller removes it ALL!

It actually pulls these accumulated calcifications from the body too. U can restructure it in sunlight or with a crystal if you r worried about that, but ive found it much better than RO, alkaline & mineral water -

    see Dr Allen E Banik

  • @tiatdivad well many right it off but when u try it I found it very beneficial, just look up blood type diet. B's can eat the widest range of foods. A;s are the agrarians, they cant digest red meats very well, O;s are the hunters and thrive on heavy protein sources.. ive been drinking distilled for about 6mths now, there is a myth that we need minerals in water, infact these calcify our joints/arteries & cause arthritis/heart issues etc.

We should only get our minerals from food, supplements.

  • @tiatdivad well B are a mix of the two, and yes im a advocate of metabolic typing. i would recommend you use a water distiller which removes all impurities, filters dont remove the nasty stuff, even Rev Osmosis cant compare with distillation. vit c is also a good one to add. may sure its got bioflavonoids and no glucose etc.

  • @tiatdivad you must be an A blood type then? O types need red meat..!

  • Wonderful information to live by!!

  • I agree with a plant-based diet, but keep in mind that Western countries eat meat that is mostly with added hormones, sick living conditions, grain-fed, etc. So of course, you're going to get sick from that meat.

  • @MisterTissueBox Even if it is organic meat, dairy, and eggs there are still major issues. They all need to be cooked or heated because of all the bacteria and pathogens they contain. Cooking destroys food. Animal fat and protein is very dangerous to the human body. It is highly acidic and has no life force. Humans are herbivorous in nature. Raw vegan diet is the only way we are going to save this planet. It is the first step. Animal killing releases more carbon than car fumes.

  • I agree with everything said in the video, yet its so hard to not eat your Juicy heart attack on a bun 1lb cheese burger with bacon.

  • @InuGoku It's hard because of the additives in meat. You have to gain willpower my friend. You can become vegan. I became vegan in one day from watching all these videos.
