Miss E: Unless you're an athlete it is not healthy to work out 7 days a week. When I am in tip top shape I work out 5 days a week and I do not work out on the first 2 days of my period. Remember stressed muscles = more of a likelihood of injury. Every other day working out is commendable. That's more than enogh to get the circulation going so you can grow more hair and just be healthy.
i detangle my hair everytime i wash so twice a week. I guess I could do a length check i am just more concerned with shedding and hair condition thus healthy hair challenge

.. continued ... just make sure you are maximizing your workouts by hitting your target heart rate: (220- your age) * .8
By hitting your target heart rate you are also hitting the fat burning zone and you are giving your insides a good workout.
