Without Kosmo giving me my photographer's pass I'd never have had a chance to tour the U.K. with these guys on the16 Tons Tour - so I don't think he's annoying at all!!!
so... this annoying guy takes an excellent Clash documentary [that already exists and is great], re-edits it and talks his annoying ass all over it. Why? who is this jackass?
God I miss Joe. Best concert of my live was seeing the Clash at the Hollywood Palladium in 1981 with the English Beat opening. I was 16 and it truly changed my world in a really powerful and positive way! Long live the Clash.
hamburger music,..very funny,..Kosmo was really quite important to the CLASH,..he kept the gel of the band just right, cos the Clash would fall out quite a bit,
It's also said that Paul wasn't in The Future Is Unwritten because they called and asked if he wanted to do it and he didn't know, and once he confirmed it was too late.
hahahaha Mick " johnny did a bit of running about...........whatever" he means johnny did a bit of running about buying cocaine for mick hahahaha love it!
this seems like it was some kind of outtake from Westway to the world, their all the wearing the same clothes that they wore in that. Very cool either way
i don't know, i was wondering about that aswell, he's not in alot of the clash documentary's. May have been working with his new band, the good the bad and the queen. i hope so otherwise i lose all that respect i had for him.
you know you're right, you don't really get to see Paul anymore. Since the band broke up, i've only seen one photo of him much later painting the river Thames in the picture section of Pashion is a Fashion - (an EXCELLENT read, full of anything and everything about the clash)
Yeh, ive got it and read it, a really good read. Ive seen him on t.v a few times live with his band, like on jools holland. i also recommend the new clash book, bright pink and quite large, its very good with amazing photographs.
The story goes that Paul didn't appear in The Future is Unwritten because Paul's ex-missus was executive producer for the film (as she has been for most Clash docos), and that film was made round the time Paul left her for one of their mutual friends...
haha ABBA!! that's just ridiculous. And no, Joe didn't give a good god damn about what anybody thoguht of him, which is why he was the coolest. It's a shame more people today aren't more like them
UGH SHUT UP, Kosmo Vinyl! Dear God his voice is loud and irritating

as far as I know, Lucinda Mellor (formerly Tait) was the executive producer, and she was married to Joe himself, from 1995 until his death!

Or they just don't get it.
I'd like to think Joe would give two ***** in a cat's *** what people think about the music.
He said his piece. If you got it; you got it. If not, you like ABBA. ;-)
