what on earth is creating that sound in the beginning till the end, how much does it run, where can i get it, and can i bow down to you for creating such an awesome video?
It's a guitar, I swelled into the first chord with the octave divider on creating the heavy sub-octave, it went into the lexicon vortex which created the "synth" type pad thru the use of modulation and pitchshifting and after that it went into the TC Electronic G Sharp for chorus/reverb and then out into the Hazarai looper into my amp.
The vortex has stereo looping capability but only for a few seconds. That's why I am using the EH Memory Man with Hazarai to perform looping duty here. Thanks!
It's more of a clean studio sounding delay/verb. All of the "colorful" overly warm/strange modulated sounds here are from the Lexicon Vortex. So often the guitar is processed with the vortex and then the TC "sweetens" it a bit.
Coming soon - I have raw footage filmed and now I need to figure out how to stitch it together. During filming I figured out some new things it can do that I wasn't even aware of and that's ten years after I bought it. Crazy.
And here we have the King of Overdub ;D

Is your guitar in humbucker mode or splitt?
In this configuration it sounds better than a Gibson Lespaule.
smartti1970 2 years ago
I probably mix it up a bit, mix of humbucker, split and parallel sounds. Thanks!

Hi Man!
Thanks for the anwser.
I wanna ask you something.
I wanna buy a expresion pedal for the lexicon..
The pedal controls the morph parameter ?
You know if any expresion pedal works?

This sounds awesome.
How do you think the G sharp is for delay and reverb?

hi dude.. great stuff.. im getting a g sharp soon.. what do you think about this unit?
javierdieval 3 years ago
It's great for reverbs and conventional ambience processing. All the "weird" stuff you hear is the Vortexes extensive pitch modulation capabilities.

Please do a review of the lexicon vortex, I want to see what it can do
