  • So I have bought multiple houses at the foreclosure auctions. Every time I do I (I am in the 99% i am not rich) I hire lots of people to help me fix up the house. On a average house that a investor buys they hire and pay: 1. Landscaper 2. Carpenter 3. Electrician 4. Plumber 5. Cabinet installer 6. Counter top installer 7. Tile and floor installer 8. Carpet installer 9. Drywall repair person 10. Roofer 11. Day laborers So 99%, instead of protesting, maybe you should be asking for work.
