industrial revolution in india started in early 60s a decade after british left.but europe and us have been emmiting since the end of 18th centuary.but at this junction of time where the is earth is more vulnerable to climate change i strongly think india should sign the pact.
to deal with corruption you first have to develop a country so that it has real responsibility so that people realize theit role in the world. Thats my point. Bulgaria is in the same situation so I have an idea.
How can one develop a country when you have corruption at the ROOT LEVEL (goverment) high degree of corruption, and hence it has to be controlled/monitored, during the bombings that shock Bombay, the cops couldn't cope with the terrorist, cause they were not equiped with modern weapons, instead had to fight long hours with substandard out dated guns, isn't that sad ?
"KeepBritainClean"...i understand ur statement..Corruption and poverty are the 2 biggest issues we have in any 3rd world country ...not to say it does exist in the 1st world countries too but the degree is a lot less...things will not change overnight you have to understand that and right now you are able to preach your idealistic thoughts because you probably are from a 1st world nation...and this is the easiest thing to do...
India is just a 60 year old democracy i am sure Britain may have gone thru a lot of blood and sweat to reach where they are today...a day will come when this changes for india too
very true. People just don't understand that. Plus, it is our lazy government that isn't doing enough on education, climate change, including jobs. While are government is "thinking" about China, people of India are begging thirty for big change. I just hope India soon realizes and leaps to get to where it needs to be.
come to india and solve you british asshole, return the money you robbed from india , in days all poverty will be eliminated. you people only know how to open you bloody mouths. go and check the history. Bloody BritSHIT.

Indian goverment should first make efforts to control corruption/poverty.... ''Don't neglect poor''.
I hear the above statment time and again from Indian colleagues.
